1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the aiteam platform at aite.am, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the authority to bind your organisation to these terms. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Description of Services

aiteam provides an AI adoption management platform designed to help organisations successfully implement and govern artificial intelligence. The platform includes six core modules:

• AI Readiness Assessment — diagnostic scoring across 5 dimensions
• Use Case Prioritisation — registry and scoring for AI initiatives
• Agent Governance — registry, approval workflows, and monitoring for AI agents
• Adoption Metrics — dashboard tracking adoption, ROI, and business impact
• AI Consultant — context-aware AI advisory powered by Claude
• Partner Consultant Network — expert escalation to your partner's consultants

Services are provided on a subscription basis and may be updated or modified from time to time. We will notify you of material changes.

3. Account Registration

To use the platform, you must register with a corporate email address. Personal email providers (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, etc.) are not accepted. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and current registration information
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use

If your organisation already has an account, your registration will require approval from your organisation's administrator before access is granted.

4. Subscription Plans & Pricing

aiteam offers the following subscription tiers:

• Free — €0/month: 1 assessment, 10 AI Consultant messages
• Compliance — €49/month (€39/month billed annually): EU AI Act compliance tools, up to 3 users, 20 agents
• Pro — €199/month (€169/month billed annually): Full platform, up to 10 users, 20 agents, 500 messages/user/month
• Enterprise — Custom pricing: Unlimited users & agents, SSO/SCIM, deployment infrastructure

Pro subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial. If you do not convert to a paid plan, your subscription will be automatically cancelled at the end of the trial period.

Additional AI Consultant messages can be purchased in packs of 100 for €49.

5. Payment Terms

All prices are in EUR and exclusive of applicable VAT. VAT is calculated automatically via Stripe Tax based on your location. For EU businesses with a valid VAT number, reverse charge applies.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your payment card details — Stripe handles all payment data in accordance with PCI DSS Level 1.

When upgrading mid-cycle, Stripe prorates the remaining days and charges the difference immediately. All billing aligns to the 1st of the month after your first billing period.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

• Access continues until the end of your current billing period
• No refunds are issued for partially used billing periods
• Downgrading takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted

Refunds for annual subscriptions are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
• Use the AI Consultant to generate content that is harmful, illegal, or violates third-party rights
• Share account credentials or allow unauthorised access
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform via automated means
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, security measures, or access controls
• Use the platform in violation of applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit malware, viruses, or any other malicious code

8. Intellectual Property

aiteam retains all rights, title, and interest in the platform, its features, documentation, design, and underlying technology. Your organisation's data remains yours at all times.

AI-generated deliverables customised for your organisation (policies, reports, checklists) are owned by you. The anonymised playbook library content — stripped of all identifying information — may be reused to improve the service for all customers.

9. Data Handling & Privacy

Your data is stored exclusively in EU-based infrastructure (Supabase EU region, Vercel EU edge). We process data in accordance with GDPR. AI Consultant conversations are not used to train AI models. No personally identifiable information is sent to AI APIs — only anonymised scores and organisational context.

11. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime for the platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated in advance. Service status is available at status.aite.am. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss resulting from factors outside our reasonable control.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, aiteam's total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. aiteam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark. For EU consumers, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
